First of all, I called to schedule an appointment to fix my rear view mirror and the girl who scheduled my appointment said I just have to ask the service advisor. When I get there, they told me they don’t perform that service, really?! You can’t tell me over the phone before I even get there?? Honda of Columbia has the best staff, the best facility, and all around GREAT service!
I made an appointment for 7:00am to have my car serviced and have a recall notice corrected. I took the car in the day before and was told it would be finished around 10:00am. They called before 10:00 am and said I could come and pickup the car. The service manager Austin Barlow was polite, precise and courteous and did everything he said he would. You can’t ask for more than that.
Great people, Great Service. Love Tanner and Preston. Scott is a terrific service Manager!!!
