Honda of Columbia Always Exceeds My Expectations and Keeps My Accord In Optimal Condition!
I definitely recommend Honda of Columbia! My husband and I both bought our cars from here 2-3 years ago and regularly come back for service/repairs. The staff is always very friendly (especially Nicholas and Tyler)! Very easy to get an appointment, they send you lots of appointment reminders, and they have free snacks/drinks while you wait!
First of all, I called to schedule an appointment to fix my rear view mirror and the girl who scheduled my appointment said I just have to ask the service advisor. When I get there, they told me they don’t perform that service, really?! You can’t tell me over the phone before I even get there?? Since I’m there I guess I will do the oil change since I already made an appointment. But yeah if you wanted to wait for 3.5 hrs then you should really come here! No Thank You! Never again! I took my car to this dealership and one of there mechanics stole money from out of my car. I had to file a police report and take this to civil court. They would not allow me to view the cameras which indicates they tried to cover up the incident. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE BECAUSE THEY ALLOW THIEVES TO WORK FOR THEM. I was so hurt and disappointed by there actions.
I made an appointment for 7:00am to have my car serviced and have a recall notice corrected. I took the car in the day before and was told it would be finished around 10:00am. They called before 10:00 am and said I could come and pickup the car. The service manager Austin Barlow was polite, precise and courteous and did everything he said he would. You can’t ask for more than that.

Very fast and friendly service department.
Very friendly when i get my oil changes. And they were super nice about fixing my weather strips when the Honda dealership i bought my 2016 pilot from couldn’t get it right still when it came to fixing them. I won’t go anywhere else when it comes to my car
Since buying my certified used CRV in August I have twice been to the dealership and received great service. The staff I interacted with including Austin Barlow were very pleasant and helpful.
