On August 31st my car was about ready to overheat and I finally pulled over just before entering Bismarck and called Bismarck Motor Company to see if could send a tow truck for me and could use the complimentary service they offered for 90 days since had it in not quite a month ago for oil change done there. Dakota Towing came and got me and took me to the dealership. The next day they were able to get to it and was just the thermostat that needed replacement for the 2005 Elantra and I was good to go back on the road again. ... read more

I just wanted to thank everyone at Bismarck Motor Company on the purchase of my first brand new vehicle. Especially George Anderson. With my busy schedule most of our communication was through text messages. George always answered any question quickly and fully. Everyone I have met has been extremely professional and friendly. It has been a great experience to work with such great people.
I brought my son's car to the Honda service department after driving to Bismarck from Columbus, Ohio. Son starting college at University of Mary. While son was in meetings at university, I got the oil changed, the car inspected and the airbag light problem fixed. Great people and great service!
