Horrible experience today came in for an oil change and computer update. I've been here for 4 hours and was told 3 hrs ago it would be 30 minutes. I've had this at other dealerships but was offered a vehicle to take since it was taking so long. Even something to drink or a snack since I've been here from 10-2.

Customer service was good. Recently purchased a Honda Accord brand new. They claim to have lowest price in the window. Did some calling around and saved a couple thousand dollars buying exact same car......in Minot of all places. Kupper is overpriced.
Recently purchased a new Nissan Rogue. Salesman was not pushy whatsoever and was super knowledgeable. Everyone there was very friendly and was more than willing to go the extra mile to make sure my experience was perfect. Can honestly say they made the entire experience enjoyable. Gave a great value for trade my vehicle I traded in too. No doubt in my mind that I will be back when the time comes for a new vehicle. Highly recommend giving this place a shot if you are looking for a vehicle! Love my new Nissan Rogue!
