My schedule oil change took 1.5 hours. I made my appointment over my lunch break from work, thinking 1 hour would be plenty of time to get my oil changed and back to work. While the gal at the desk was very pleasant and provided good service I was very disappointed in the amount of time it took to get this basic service.
The employees at the service desk/garage - Blaine and Bill are awesome. They listened carefully to my concerns, had timely and accurate answers and followed through with every promise. Prices were also competitive with out-of-dealership shops which was one of the reasons I will come back. The coffee shop and waiting area is very welcoming and makes the wait go by quickly.
I loved Bismarck Motor Company they were amazing they went over the top to help. I am so glad i went there they are not working there for them self they put you first and they are right there if yo have any thin yo need an answer ti. I am recently divorced and i cold not beleave how they took care of me i ws scared and not sure they did not push me at all. Plese you have to go see them. Thank you guys i love my ne car. Vick snell
I was very happy with the service I got from the sales people I worked with along with the finance department!!!! I have never dealt with a dealership for purchasing a car before and I can say I will definitely continue to give Bismarck Motor Company my business!!!!
