I have been a Chevy buyer pretty much my whole life, but the issues that Chevy doesn't take care of is very disappointing! So I decided to take a look at a Nissan Rogue and actually ended up with Nissan Titan Pro4x. Tony Helvig was awesome to work with and went above and beyond to get the pickup to my house that day. Chad Kay was up front and honest about the financial end. I will be doing all future business there!
I tried and really wanted to buy a Titan from the Nissan side. I have heard nothing but good. However, when looking for a lease on a new Titan the dealership would not stand behind the pricing that was on the website. They kept giving me excuses and flat out told me that Nissan messed up then gave me a number that was about $250/month over what was advertised. Nissan Bismarck Service Department is the absolute best place to take your Nissan vehicles. They are very helpful, professional and provide outstanding service. They are also much cheaper than Ryan Nissan in Minot, I drive from Minot to Bismarck to get better service and cheaper prices. I also can see the more personal touch at Bismarck Nissan compared to Ryan Nissan. Trust me, it's in your best interest to spend the time and extra gas driving to Bismarck 😉
