Tried buying a car from them out of state. Had cash in hand and was on my way to go pick it up. Get quarter of the way there and they tell me they sold the car. Talk about a kick on the nuts. Costed me hundreds of dollars and time. Had to play phone tag with literally 8 different employees to finally get an answer on them selling the car from under me. Pretty shady business for being a big dealer and their salesmen not sticking to their word. Would caution anyone dealing with these guys.
The staff was so helpful and made everything super smooth and easy!! We are absolutely in love with our vehicle and couldn’t of asked for a better experience at Bismarck motor company.
