We just purchased our 5th car this week from Bismarck Motor Company. We have been dealing with them for about 15 years and we have always had exceptional service. This time we were assisted by Shawna and George and they couldn't have been nicer to us. Both very knowledgeable and were eager to share that with us. We will definitely be back again. The service we received at Bismarck Motor Company was exceptional. We appreciate the quality of their services, knowledgeable and friendly staff and their promptness is letting us know the status of the repairs. Being without a vehicle can be a challenge in our busy lives and it was nice to be kept informed about the timeline of the repairs.

I had to get an oil change and some small recall work done on my Nissan at BMC's Service. Not only did I receive amazing service (Travis Reiger, Shawna Towner), but my 1.5 year old son had plenty to keep him entertained as well. Kid's area in the waiting room, coffee shop, and everyone that works there stops by says hi and treats us like family. If I could give 10 stars I would.
I bought a new car from Tom Briese 4 years ago and have been going back for service they are great and they keep track of all the mantaince for me so I never have to worry about it.
