I hate car shopping, but this was the best experience I have ever had. Ricky Styles was patient and actually listened to me. He was great to work with, and went the extra mile to help me feel at ease. As a woman going to buy a car by myself, he never spoke down to me or glossed over anything. He explained all the details and made me feel comfortable thru the whole thing. Thank you, you are appreciated.

Would not recommend this place took a brand new pilot in to get it worked on and they said it wouldn’t be covered under warranty took it to Hendrick Honda had no problem at all
Wonderful experience... I was hesitant at first due to issues I had had with the service department, but so glad I went by and took a chance! Thank you Ricky for making it so easy to want to buy a car from you guys! No pressure and even let me take the BRAND NEW car home (7 miles on it to be exact) over night to make sure it was what we really wanted! Thank again! I LOVE my new Pilot.
