So today my daughter and her friend took her CRV into Friendship. She knew her brake pads were needing to be replaced. She asked the service department for an estimate and wanted to know IF they COULD get them replaced today. She told them to give her a quote before she agreed for any repairs, which they stated that they would. She was told to write down her name and they would give her an estimate.
