I'm going to keep this short. Honda Mall of Georgia's Service Department can't be trusted!. Took my wife's car in for a recall and while it was there we asked them to check and see if they could figure out why the car seemed to be skipping or jerking while in neutral. After several days I was told that we would need to replace the Transmission Torque Converter and ultimately, would need to get a new transmission. Cost would be close to $6,000.00. Worst customer service. Bought a certified Pilot in February. They kept both my husband and my drivers license so we had to drive back the next day to pick them up. Then was told by our salesman to come back on Saturday to get the extra key fob made. Drove again up here (we live a little over an hour away) to find out when we got here that the key guy doesn’t work on Saturdays. BUYERS BEWARE: The service department quoted me a $450 70,000 miles service on things that aren't even needed. Example is them saying my car needs a power steering flush when my car doesn't have a pump to flush; it's all ELECTRIC! I recommend EVERYONE to do your own research about what's actually in your car and what's actually needed.
Absolutely awful, they are a ok place until you purchase a car. Then good luck getting any service or questions answered after that. Beware, walk away go anywhere else
