My husband and I recently had a very good experience at Honda Mall of Georgia. We arranged to test drive a truck via the Internet, made an appointment that fit our schedule and worked with Johan Joubert, Sales Consultant, to purchase it. It was a smooth process.
My buying experience is excellent. Matt Stuart is very knowledgeable and people person, so the whole experience is very smooth and stress free. I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend buying car here!
Don’t try to buy a used car from here if you’re out of town and can’t make it the same day. They won’t allow you to put a hold or deposit. They’ll work all your paperwork up including a bill of sale then when you’re 2 hours away, they’ll sell it to someone else. What kind of business operates like this? It’s 2019, everyone shops online. Dishonest I went to this honda after i got info from sams club info on honda pilot I was given one price and then i was shown the pilot he went to talk to his manager and was told price Samsclub was good and then after i decided to go head and get it and i asked for the break down the price went from $36375 to $43810 MSRP i feel that was 2hr i lost going there
The entire staff is beyond amazing. I’ve been buying cars from them since 2003. The entire process from start to finish is simple, quick and friendly. I highly recommend this dealership.
