Zero stars should be a choice. They do not value the time of their “customers”. Had an appointment set up to purchase a specific car and after taking off work and getting sitters for my children and driving two hours, they sold the car before we arrived. The salesperson who sold it to another party actually stopped by to gloat about his sell. The apology was “we are a Fortune 500 company and sell 800 cars a month” nice to the know how they value potential customers. At least 4 other customers were complaining about issues wh... read more

Very easy to deal with and an excellent service dept.
We just purchased our4th car from Honda Mall of Georgia. I would and do recommend them to all my family and friends. The staff make you feel like family, I have not meet one employee of HMG that I wouldn't be happy to have them at my dinner table. Our most recent purchase a 2018 Honda Civic EXT Turbo. Antonio our sales rep is an awesome young man. He was so patient and kowledgeable.He stayed with us well after closing to help us understand all the options and features. Used car manager Brad and salesmen Jim and Ben did an awesome job on getting me into a safe used suv after the used one we originally bought broke down, brad made the deal right and honored his promise !
