Customer service is absolutely horrendous. The buying experience was great. But I’ve gone through two temporary tags because they messed up my registration and tag paperwork. Now after calling them, I have to go to the dmv and get it myself. No one has called me to tell me anything. Beyond disappointed and frustrated.
The service department here is great! I live in Evans, but gladly drive to Aiken so I don't have to deal with the terrible service in Evans.
Had dealings with Colin Ashe, Mark Owen in sales, and John Perara in financing. Colin and Mark were very knowledgeable and informative when it came to the 2018 Pilot. Both were impressed with the shape of our trade in and gave us a good price. John made suggestions with the financing and made that part of our purchasing go very easy. Would highly recommend purchasing a new or used car from this dealership.
I bought a 2018 Honda Accord this week. There was no pressure from sales staff or financial unlike the Honda dealer in Augusta. The Honda comes with just about everything anybody could want. Honda Cars of Aiken does not add other costly things to their cars. The dealer in Augusta adds almost $2,000 to the MSRP, and they will not budge. I am very happy with my purchase and especially my positive experience. I traded in a 2016 Accord.
I want to personally thank Yolanda Davis, Mark Owen and John Perara for making my car buying experience pleasurable! I had started dealing with a larger dealership "across the river" but was not happy. Coming to Honda Cars of Aiken was a MUCH different feel. Nice, warm, personable and they listened to me (what a concept!) I HIGHLY recommend this dealership for pleasurable buying experience!
