Purchased a new 2020 Ridgeline.. paid them with bank check. One week later they call me stating I owe them 3400 for a down payment... I don’t think so... that was never the deal. They were paid in full. Now we are like 45 days past the deal and they are still harassing me about 3400... not gonna happen. Threatened to repo my truck... I wish they might would try me and they have cashed my check and they have the title to my trade. My paperwork states the bottom line amount we agreed on.. signed.. they were paid ... deal done!... read more
I recently totaled my 2017 Honda Pilot. Visited the Aiken Honda lot yesterday intending to leave with a preowned or new Honda Pilot. The salespeople would not speak to me, just my husband. Despite him telling them that it was my vehicle and my decision. He redirected them to me several times and they continued to disregard me. Drove over to Gerald Jones Honda where I was met with respect and consideration...left with a new 2021 Pilot. Will not be back to Honda of Aiken.
Disorganized! This place is a prime example of sanctioned incompetence! Update: Took over 60 days after the purchase to get my tag paperwork due to the salesman and floor manager failing to do their job fully/properly. They told me I would be responsible for additional fees beyond the few that they paid even though their lack of action are why the fees accrued. Awesome experience!!! I traveled all the way from Georgia and purchased my new 2020 Honda Civic Touring last Saturday. My Salesperson Antonio Jones was very professional and polite. Mr. Jones listened to me and I didn't feel rushed to purchase. I love my car. Thanks again Antonio.

We purchased an odyssey within the past week with Antonio and Emanuel as our sales reps. It was a great experience overall and we would definitely recommend both gentlemen.
