Our salesman Ed Mickley went above and beyond to ensure I got exactly the vehicle I was after. these people are a joke I went in looking at a $20, 000 brand new Civic and they attempted to give me an outrageous monthly payment when the dealership down the road gave me the payment I wanted on a brand new $27, 000 truck.
If I had gone to this dealership to get my Honda, I'd be driving a Toyota or BMW right now. This service center is deplorable! Even if you make an appointment, you will get there & not be acknowledged for half an hour! It would've been longer, but after listening to a couple other people's bad experiences with this same dealership (incidents of duct tape work for $900+) I just decided to leave. The experience I had with Honda Cars of Aiken is nothing short of phenomenal. My sales consultant Levar Butler and his sales manager Mark Owen were so helpful. They gave me a fair quote for my trade-in, a fair price for my new Civic, and when they didn’t have the exact vehicle that I wanted on the lot, they made sure they found it and had it delivered for me. 10 our of 10!! It’s hard to find a service staff that genuinely cares about the customer, but they have it. I won’t shop for a Honda anywhere else.
Levar was great to work with. Test drive, trade in and the whole process was a breeze! This is my second purchase from this dealership and every time I am impressed even more and more. They shoot you straight, no run around and and all around easy process! Aiken is the only place I will but a Honda!!
Always heard bad things about this dealership until proven wrong today. We had a great time with Mr. Tito Rodriguez, a very honest and true salesman. He never tries to force you to buy but encourages you with how to trust their product. Would be enjoying our Honda Pilot starting today ����
