Recommend Honda of Aiken very Highly. Every service I have had, was done professionally and on time with no further problems. They even went one step further to wash and clean my vehicle. Be cautious about service dept wanting you to add more service or parts. Last weekend I went to HCA for oil change and tire rotation. They were quick to point out that my battery was low amps and tires were low tread and recommended new tires now since all were less than 3mm left of tread. My response was to change the battery since I was under a certified warranty. They came back and said it was actually ok for now. I was a tire engineer at Bridgestone so I told them no to tires I felt like they had 10-15k of miles left. We... read more
I had Julia take care of me for the first time with my CR-V today. She was amazing and so sweet. Love her like one of the family already. We are military and life long Honda owners. We have two Honda’s in our family and I am sure we will have a few more in our lifetime! Thanks for taking care of us and being close to our new home. Tito Rodriguez sold me the PERFECT car! He worked with me from the moment I drove onto the lot! I was still IN MY CAR and he walked straight up to the door and started asking me what I wanted. He didnt push me to look at anything I didnt want and gave me EXACTLY what I wanted! The experience was amazing and I am so thankful I missed the turn and ended up with Tito at Honda Cars of Aiken!
