All I've had is headaches after purchasing a Honda CRV. From Honda taking double payments from my checking account to now where I receive a letter stating that I need to spend half a day fixing a transmission issue. Who the hell has time to throw away fixing a company's poor workmanship. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER HONDA AGAIN!!!!!!
The Internet sales team (Reggie Lopes, 1st contact. Cheryl Martin, 2nd contact) were great! We had set up an appointment with Reggie, but had to reschedule due to an emergency. Our only day available to come in was a Sunday, so Reggie connected us with Cheryl. I just purchased a car from Lou, he was absolutely wonderful. He wasn't pushy, but very forward. Behind the scene kaela Russell is amazing, she worked for 3 days to find me the perfect vehicle. I have nothing but positive feed back. Ive purchased many cars and I did not at all feel like they were being a "sales person". Everything brought to the table was exactly if not better then what I could have asked for.
