Just had our Pilot in for service. Dustin and Glenn delivered the goods. We felt as though we were their only concern. We don't need service often but when we do our experience is always the same. We will be back and continue to send friends and family to South Tacoma Honda. They "get it".
Service has upped its game, very attentive, reasonable wait times, shuttle service, nice waiting area. Prices, well it all cost too much but probably competitive with other dealers.
Was looking to pick up a new championship white CTR. Unfortunately they hit me with a $24k markup on it. So i went and picked one up from another dealership for MSRP and bought a base model focus with that extra 24k for a daily driver.
There is nothing good feeling about your business practice of asking for a $24,000 markup on the new Civic Type R.
Vivian Aguon was great, best new car buying experience yet. After driving four cars found the perfect Honda Accord. Vivian provided excellent customer service.
