So I take my mother's crv to have an oil change done. And they told me that they wash the car as well. I wait 2 hrs (Also replace the coolant) get in to the car and the windshield has a big dead bug spot on it so I go back in and tell the express service guy about it and he takes it back to be redone. ... guess what same bug spot same place.... you folks need to have a conversation with the guys in the wash area... Also when I got there they were all on there phones where the public could see.... not really good for business... read more
I have been taking our 2000 Honda Accord to South Tacoma Honda for years now for service because they always do a wonderful job all around. I've had nothing but friendly and courteous service, very prompt, too. This last time, Chris Vanhoute could not have been more helpful, keeping in touch with me to let me now how the service was progressing, what was found, and how much it would cost. I'm really disappointed with the service we received on our Honda Oddysey today , I appreciate the free wash job they do , but it looks like a pack of toddlers took dish rags to it ! It looked better being one shade of dirt! Every time they miss huge patches of dirt on the wheels , and the lift gate.
