Stay Away I wish I could give them zero stars. My Honda has less than 11k miles on it and the tires are shot. I called Honda and they said I had to call Firestone so I did. Firestone gave me a new set of tires for 50 percent off but they also did an alignment check. The front alignment was OK but the back was off and there is no adjustment for the back so Firestone recommended I go back to Honda. Excellent service Such a great place to go for service! The quote was fair and the final bill was even less than they quoted me! The staff is so friendly that during my one hour visit for different people offered to get me refreshments!

Buying a Car at Ken Vance Honda First time purchasing a new vehicle and salesperson Chris was very helpful in answering all my questions about the CRV, demonstrated all the advanced features and took the time to make sure I was comfortable operating all the systems before I left the dealership. Felt like you are appreciated a a customer and not just a number. When the time comes to upgrade I will have no question where to go.

Warning.... We are on our 6th Honda as family & we put in quite a few miles on them. We've bought the last 4 at Flagstaff Honda and have our cars serviced here. After my last experience in Service dept., I will never go there again. I now have to take my car to Phoenix to get serviced so now I also need to plan on buying a vehicle other than Honda for my next car. The rear view camera wasn't working, checked in and told them. Painless experience I just purchased a Honda CR-V EX this past Friday. My salesperson Robert made this experience fast, and pain free . He was friendly, respectful and knowledgeable. Honestly every employee I encountered that afternoon were courteous and seemed to really enjoy their job. I will definitely recommend Cardinal Honda to friends

Recall for airbag We now own two Honda CRV and from the first experience with Cardinal Honda we have been very pleased customers. Our 2006 was recalled for an Airbag matter and when arrive the service department was very accommodating and stated would take approximately 2 hours and then offered me a car for the day which I have never had with other dealerships. I've never felt so belittled by a business. Ever. The salesperson I spoke with seemed friendly when we met in person, but he was rude to me when I told him that I couldn't part with my money for the prices they offered. When he told me today about a new car on the lot he thought I might be interested in, I told him I wasn't interested because the mileage was too high in my opinion for the price. He told me "we're the experts". While I appreciate that they may be "experts" on their inventory I don't appreciate being belittled... read more

terribl We was looking at a used car and gave them all our info. Said they was working on made appt to come in on Friday. I missed half a day of work to go just to find out they new 2 days before meeting that we couldn't get that one. Wasted my time when we told them we couldn't afford anything else. I walked out and won't go back! Do not recommend!!
