We had a terrible overall experience with Cardinal Honda. We drove to Cardinal Honda after work one night to purchase a 2017 Toyota Prius Prime, and drove away with it at 6:15pm. Only 10 minutes and less than 5 miles later, we had to pull the car over as the red coolant light came on. Raising the hood, we saw that the car had NO coolant at all. My recent rewarding Honda Ridgeline experience , My son and I stopped at Cardinal Honda on the chance they had the Ridgeline I was looking for. They did. I made the deal that day effortlessly and drove it home the same day. The salesman , Rob, was very helpful, courteous and professional which made the transaction painless. 2011 Accord mis-diagnose At 150,062 miles my engine and traction control light lit up on my 2011 Honda Accord. Cardinal Honda pulled code PO301 misfire. Pulled plug and found all fouled out, possibly due to a worn out cylinder. Recommended junk yard engine or new spark plugs to get by. I had engine diagnosed and fixed somewhere else for $1100 dollars. Engine now has 159,000 miles on it with no problem. I purchased this vehicle from Cardinal Honda in 2011.
