My recent rewarding Honda Ridgeline experience , My son and I stopped at Cardinal Honda on the chance they had the Ridgeline I was looking for. They did. I made the deal that day effortlessly and drove it home the same day. The salesman , Rob, was very helpful, courteous and professional which made the transaction painless. 2011 Accord mis-diagnose At 150,062 miles my engine and traction control light lit up on my 2011 Honda Accord. Cardinal Honda pulled code PO301 misfire. Pulled plug and found all fouled out, possibly due to a worn out cylinder. Recommended junk yard engine or new spark plugs to get by. I had engine diagnosed and fixed somewhere else for $1100 dollars. Engine now has 159,000 miles on it with no problem. I purchased this vehicle from Cardinal Honda in 2011.

Nothing positive to say Terrible service department. Brought my car in for a two hour service to find out its going to take five hours. Staff seems extremely incompetent. The sales rep who sold me my lease originally gave me incorrect information about monthly amounts, tax information, and told me I had to have all work done and oil changes through the dealership - which I found out later is not true. I’m saddened by the fact I’m in for another year with this terrible dealership.

Wonderful experience! I just bought a used CR-V here, and JD (Jeff) was knowledgeable, transparent, and so pleasant, as was everyone I dealt with. I had a problem 2 weeks later with a tire ,and Sales Manager Tobey replaced no questions asked. I was so worried that I'd have a battle on my hands, buying and also with the tire. Surprise...they have integrity!
Excellent service Such a great place to go for service! The quote was fair and the final bill was even less than they quoted me! The staff is so friendly that during my one hour visit for different people offered to get me refreshments!
Painless experience I just purchased a Honda CR-V EX this past Friday. My salesperson Robert made this experience fast, and pain free . He was friendly, respectful and knowledgeable. Recall for airbag We now own two Honda CRV and from the first experience with Cardinal Honda we have been very pleased customers. Our 2006 was recalled for an Airbag matter and when arrive the service department was very accommodating and stated would take approximately 2 hours and then offered me a car for the day which I have never had with other dealerships.
