Fantastic to Buy a Car From! Bought a used car from Cardinal Honda that I found on Cars.com and got a great deal. My sales associate Peter S. made the process painless and haggle free. Best part, when I told Peter I was traveling from New York to get the car, he even offered to pick me up at the ferry! He is a true professional and nice guy. Best Experience at a Dealership I went to see Peter Schmidt at Cardinal Honda. Several people I know have personally made purchases from him and have always had high praise. Horrible Dealership Found vehicle on line, talked with Cayla and made a deal over the phone. Called dealership before leaving to make the three plus hour trip and was assured everything would be ready for me when I arrived, Upon my arrival I was told vehicle was out on an overnight drive and not available. Long story short drove over 6 hours for nothing. Very dishonest, incompetent and poorly trained staff.
Carrie Arteaga Purchasing a new Accord was a very pleasant experience at Cardinal Honda in Groton, CT. Peter Schmidt was a very knowledgeable sales person. He helped us figure out what we could afford in our budget, he educated us on the best value for our money and made us feel very comfortable. He was so wonderful that I decided to stop buying Toyota. This was our first Honda after at least a dozen Toyota Vehicles. I will be back to see him to buy another one for my son soon. He was a pleasure and made us feel like family.
Multi-Car Customer My wife and I have bought multiple cars from Cardinal Honda and always work with our favorite salesperson, Peter Schmidt. I am constantly recommended friends and family to Cardinal, and more specifically to Peter as I know they will be taken care of. Peter does not push or pry, but takes his time and makes sure that you are getting exactly what you want. Not a better guy out there to work with.
