Recall for airbag We now own two Honda CRV and from the first experience with Cardinal Honda we have been very pleased customers. Our 2006 was recalled for an Airbag matter and when arrive the service department was very accommodating and stated would take approximately 2 hours and then offered me a car for the day which I have never had with other dealerships. I've never felt so belittled by a business. Ever. The salesperson I spoke with seemed friendly when we met in person, but he was rude to me when I told him that I couldn't part with my money for the prices they offered. When he told me today about a new car on the lot he thought I might be interested in, I told him I wasn't interested because the mileage was too high in my opinion for the price. Kenny, the sales associate, did a fantastic job in searching the inventory for me and finding me a handful of cars that would fit my needs. Great new car buying experience I recently purchased a new Accord at Cardinal Honda. The "clear and simple" price (no negotiation) was very reasonable and compared favorably with all regional comparisons. The sales staff is very professional, cusotmer-focused and the buying experience is low-pressure and comfortable. What a pleasure! I have always hated dealing with the "dreaded car salesman" until I met Peter Schmidt.
