Working with Walter at Cardinal - ALWAYS GREAT! My first experience buying a car from Cardinal was a pleasure. So I came back to work with Walter Groux again. He was extremely knowledgeable, and his patience with my fussy requests and multiple test drives was outright amazing. They did not have the color I wanted in stock, but got it quickly - with no extra charge! (another dealer told me that would cost more). Color me HAPPY in my latest Crosstour from Cardinal!!!
Walter Groux Walter was a pleasure to work with and since I hate buying cars, this was a nice surprise. He followed up the sale with making sure I was happy.
We purchased a Chrysler Sebring We purchased a 2008 Chrysler Sebring convertible that we saw on the lot when we were in for maintenance of our Honda. Extremely Satisfied! Recommended by a good friend, We thought we would give Cardinal a try. We were impressed as soon as we walked in the door. Clean showroom with a warm atmosphere. We were not Attacked by the "running of the bulls", but politely greeted by Eric Kao, a Sales Associate at Cardinal Honda. It was up hill from that point on. We Purchased a new Honda CR-V Touring. Our salesperson, David Briggs, was truly top notch. He walked us through all of the features on the vehicle we were interested in and was incredibly personable. Great Place to Buy a Honda Sandy Radley from Cardinal Honda helped me purchase my new 2014 Honda Accord. She was wonderful. She listened to all the things that were important to me in buying a new car. She then took me on a test drive in a Honda Accord that she thought was what I wanted. It was perfect.
