Bob Guffey very nice to work with The used 2011 Honda CR-V we bought has been wonderful. It's been almost 3 years and I haven't had one problem with it. And I have put an exceptional number of miles on it. The purchase process was smooth. A great sales and service experience I have bought my last two Honda accords from salesman Robert Guffey. He is a consummate professional; extremely knowledgeable and helpful without the " high pressure" pitch common in other dealerships. I look forward to dealing with him again in the near future. Repair Service On December 28th I had an appointment to have my Honda serviced. I received emails and phone calls reminding me to be on time. I arrived on time and I waited almost two hours before my Honda was taken in to be serviced. I was given various reasons for the delay and was ignored when I paid my bill and complained about the delay. Didn't even get "we are sorry". Enjoyable Experience I purchased a vehicle for my Grand Daughter as a Graduation present. My Cardinal Honda Representative was Mr. Walter Groux who was Efficient, Courteous, Knowledgeable and Accommodating. If your objective is to get the to-the-penny best deal on a new Honda you can find, Cardinal is not your place.
