MysticZipper We leased our 2014 Honda Civic LX with the help of Walter Groux. He helped us understand the leasing process and made the whole process much less of an ordeal. We originally leased the car for use by our daughter/family when they visit but find ourselves gravitating to it instead of our other cars. We have had it serviced at Cardinal Honda and all was taken care of quickly and efficiently.

BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! First Honda I had ever purchased. I went on line and searched, and drove all over the place in CT to different Honda dealers. I have worked in sales for over 27yrs and am not much into the car dealer sales tactics. I walked out of many dealerships before ending my travels at Cardinal Honda. I met with Walter Groux and within the 1st 15 seconds I knew I had finally found a decent guy. Walter was relaxed, balanced and very accommodating to what I was looking for. We closed the deal a week later.

Review - 2014 Honda CRX - Cardinal Customer service - Good. Service people, parts people, sales people and general staff all seem bright-eyed & bushy tailed and ready to help. Just 1 minor complaint. The car computer for a 2014 CRV tells you when service is due. I would like a ball park milage/time number for each of the planned maintenance. Can't seem to get that answer from the service people. Buying a used car We enjoyed working with Walter Groux who was personable and could answer all of our questions. We literally walked in of an afternoon and purchased the car right then and there. We also found the buying process very easy as the price is the price. Walter also helped with the vin check as our police department has very limited hours.
