Repair Service On December 28th I had an appointment to have my Honda serviced. I received emails and phone calls reminding me to be on time. I arrived on time and I waited almost two hours before my Honda was taken in to be serviced. I was given various reasons for the delay and was ignored when I paid my bill and complained about the delay. Didn't even get "we are sorry". Great Experience Sandy Radley, from Cardinal Honda in Groton,CT, was my sales associate who helped me purchased my car, 2015 Honda CRV, fully loaded. Everyone at the dealership were very helpful & not pushy at all. Very busy dealership. Lots of people were there shopping for a Honda.

Unbelievable Service from Sandra Radley My husband and I made an appointment with Sandy to go over options about leasing a 2015 Honda CR-V. Not only were we impressed with the car, Sandy made it possible for us to drive away in the car within 3-4 hours on the same day!! Great Sales Associate and Buying Experience When I decided to purchase my Honda CRV I contacted Bob Guffey. I knew Bob from a past car purchase at another car dealership. Great Service- Sandy was Excellent I desperately needed a new car as my other one has maintaince issues that were not worth repairing. Sandy was great! She made me feel relaxed and comfortable and significantly decreased my stress level. My CR-V is awesome and I'll definitely use Cardinal again.
