Stay away!! Mitch makes a great sales person- he is great at selling his company and giving you exactly what you want to hear. When the actual care starts, it all goes downhill. This was my first experience with home care for my mother, and I cannot tell you what an absolutely awful experience it was, through the very end. RecommendedWe were fortunate enough to find Homewatch Caregivers for my parents. They received 24 hour care for the past few years. The caretakers were absolutely wonderful and caring to our parents as well as our extended family. We were very pleased with all of the services they provided.
We are so lucky to have found Homewatch! I live out of town and my Mom is alone currently recovering from major back surgery. Our experience started December 2017 and throughout we have had some changes in my Mom's needs. Everytime Homewatch been able to accommodate us. Our Grandmother was fiercely independent and able to care for herself until she was 100 years old. When she reached the age of 100 she began to fail physically and was unable to safely care for herself. Because of her independence she was resistant to receiving in home care. With skill and compassion, Homewatch Caregivers convinced her that it was in her best interest and supplied her with a caregiver that Grandma immediately fell in love with.
