worse people to rent from… dont rent any property from them.
Not a positive experience whatsoever. There were several issues that were never rectified. Upon moving in the place was filthy to begin with. I even offered to clean their other units as the team they had doing it were not good. I had made mention of mouse droppings in the storage area above the hallway to the basement, dirty rags hanging from pipes that appears to have been leaking, cheap pipes that break, and falling bricks from the chimney. Can’t speak to actually renting thru this management company BUT my son was toying with the idea of moving out on his own and the office staff was amazing. Claudia went above and beyond to help walk him thru the process, answering his questions, and showing him several units. She was amazingly understanding, patient, and helpful. My son ultimately decided he wasn’t financially ready but hopes to work with them again when he is.
I don’t even know where to begin!!! Shelly is rude, makes up her own rules VS the law. I have lived here for a little under a year. When the maintenance man “seen” a cat in my apartment. Not true. He saw my daughter carrying up litter for my cat at my mom’s. We still pay for litter and my daughter works somewhere where she gets a discount. After that I was charged $250 pet fee which I asked what color was the cat that was seen? She wouldn’t answer me. Then I was told 2 people seen a cat. Again asked where? When? What color? ... read more

In regards to the "numerous reasons our lease was terminated of which you won't list--- " funny enough that my husband went in to talk with you and find out your exact reasons and you stated it was simply because you don't like me complaining to you when you're conducting business unprofessionally, and because I called the emergency maintenance line when we were on sight with a DOWNED ELECTRICAL WIRE that hung so low at the gate, it was touching / scrat... read more
