I’ve been using Chelsea HomeTown Pharmacy for years. The pharmacist and staff are so very knowledgeable and will take the time needed to answer any questions or concerns. They are very nice to work with. I would highly recommend them.
RecommendedEveryone in the store is real nice. The staff are always willing to help me find what I’m looking for even if they don’t have the item they will help me find an alternative. They have a good selection of merchandise and is fairly priced. I would recommend it highly!!!! It’s one of my favorite stores. It’s nice to go in a store where they appreciate your business and have respect for you to take the time to help you.❤️
At my dad's new home they switched him to this pharmacy. His medication costs DOUBLED - with exactly the same insurance. When I called the first time to find out why it was so much the woman was very rude. She did change a code on one medication which saved him $7. I am so disappointed for someone on a low income to be forced to pay these prices.
I really like to shop at Chelsea Hometown Pharmacy. I can often find what I am looking for, such as Kleenex packages. Sometimes, I have asked the staff to carry a product and they agreed to order. Recently, I asked for Listerine Dental Tape. They got it right away to my delight.
Frustrated. I am on an expensive diabetic med. Because of the cost, Chelsea pharmacy doesn't stock it because of the financial outlay. I get that. So, they want a heads up when I will need it. I gave them one 2 weeks ago. Wanted to pick it up today. They have to order it. Won't be in til Monday. Ug!
Ok. I may be off base here, but I feel this was soooooooo rude. My friend Judy and I were shopping at The Chelsea Pharmacy, in Chelsea. We had been there about 20 minutes. We were working our way across the store looking at gifts and decorations. All of the sudden all the lights were turned off. No warning, nothing. I said to Judy Falkenberg Rod, I guess they are closing. The cashier said we close at 5. It would have been nice to have heard " excuse me ladies, we will be closing in 5 min utes . please finish any purchases". ... read more
