I have had this service since 2015 on a property of mine. I have found termite damage. I called the company and they told me after using them for the last 21/2 years that I have a retreat only bond! That means they will not cover any damages. When I purchased this termite bond I was told that If I had any damage while I had a bond under them the damage would covered.
