RecommendedDanny is the absolute best at what he does. He is there to find things for you on your new purchase so you don't get surprised later on down the road. This is the third inspection he has done for me and my family. He is honest upfront and very reasonable on costs. I would refer him anytime.
Chuck, the boss, was responsive, actually picked up the phone when I called and texted when he was tied up with clients. Marc, one of 4 licensed inspectors, showed up on time, was courteous, professional, and thorough through out the entire inspection. "They can schedule home inspection as requested, and they did a really full, detail and deep inspection of everything. Chuck and Joel also explained everything to us very clearly and walked us through all the problems. Inspection report was received on the same day. Very nice people to work with as well.
