Chuck did a great job on the inspection. He took time to explain everything clearly and answered all our questions. He made us feel like we were the most important client he had to deal with. Unfortunately, the deal on the house fell through as the seller wasn't willing to negotiate on a few things from the inspection. So, the greatest compliment I can give is that we are going to use Home Team again when we get another contract. The best reference I have on them is the one from myself!!!!
I liked that he was very helpful and put me at ease from the minute I first met him. I'm putting in an offer on a house tomorrow and if my offer is accepted I will again ask for Gary Mohel of the Home Team to do the inspection. I was also very happy to have such quick service. Right now I'm stuck in a hotel, so the quicker the inspection is done the sooner the closing. I wish to convey a personal thanks to Gary Mohel.
I know I did not need to be there for the actual inspection but I asked them if I could and they, Gary and Joel, allowed me to. They were both friendly and to the point of each item found wrong or broken in the home. They also mentioned how easily the items could be fix and if not how much it would be. In the final report they had included pictures of these items as well, which I love! I just loved how friendly, thorough, and professional they were, I would definitely recommend them to anyone I know that needs an inspection.
