Chuck and Joel were so comforting as I was very nervous on the inspection of my first ever home. The inspection was very detailed and they took the time to explain every single item. They answered my questions thoroughly and even put themselves in my shoes for what to do with the repairs needed. I couldn't recommended them enough.
Chuck, the boss, was responsive, actually picked up the phone when I called and texted when he was tied up with clients. Marc, one of 4 licensed inspectors, showed up on time, was courteous, professional, and thorough through out the entire inspection.
