I needed a home inspection prior to purchase of home and requested terminate inspection. I had added on a four point and wind for insurance purposes. Danny and his team were great. On time, very thorough and explained things as they went through the home. Due to some issues he gave me option for the four point and wind. Instead of Just doing it and charging for it. The report was ready early the next day. I would highly recommend Danny and his team.

We hired Danny for the first time to do an inspection on a home we were in the process of purchasing a couple weeks ago. Danny is the absolute best at what he does. He is there to find things for you on your new purchase so you don't get surprised later on down the road. This is the third inspection he has done for me and my family. He is honest upfront and very reasonable on costs. I would refer him anytime.
