He arrived on time - that's it ......Much of the expected inspection was not done and report gave me little information about the condition of the home. He described all the reasons why he could not inspect certain areas like foundation and roof - both areas of importance to me. This is my eighth home and had two condos and have never received any report like this. Very little useful information. I paid $375 for an incomplete report. Very helpful answered all my questions .
He was prompt and professional. Told us what he was doing. Scheduled very fast.
I appreciated the service that found mold spores in the air, but they were unable to pinpoint the source. I had to hire a different company to locate the actual mold.
Had Pete do a check on standing water and mold in a crawlspace among other issues. He gave great advice on my options and how to go about them.
Very nice job!!
