As part of the process of purchasing a 40 year old home a thorough home inspection was needed. A thorough inspection is exactly what John provided me. He showed up on time, followed a specific procedure to make sure all aspects of the inspection were performed, and then gave my real estate agent and I walk through explaining what he had found.
