This was my first car buying experience and they made it so easy. They worked with my schedule and made the whole process go by very quick. Brian was great, very friendly and got me a great deal. I would definitely recommend him and come back when its time for a new vehicle.

Joey Bomprezzi went out of his way to make it easy to pick my car back up after a minor repair. He met me near my house at 8 pm at night to deliver my car to help me avoid driving all the way back up to Millington. That's going the extra mile, no pun intended. Alan and Brian were a great sales team. Alan started the deal, and Brian closed. Both very professional. I was at Witt ends my truck had put me down and had it towed to Ford, didn't want to spend any money on getting it fixed, Brian Abston told me I could trade it in without having it repaired first. That was a big relief for me. He really worked with me although I gave him a hard time (lol). He did everything thing to accommodate my needs although I did run into some problems but it didn't have anything to do with his salesmanship. Joey Starkey was recommended to us by my husband's co-worker. I enjoyed working with Joey. He was friendly and knowledgeable. I also worked with Richard Cramer and enjoyed that experience as well. Mr. Cramer was very easy to work with and never made me feel that we wouldn't be able to make a deal. We bought a 2014 Ford Explorer.

Ron Wooten and everyone at the dealership were very friendly and helpful during my purchase process. It was a very relaxed process and I did not feel pressured at all. I was allowed plenty of time to bring the vehicle of my choice home to show my wife. Ron also came to my house to pick up one of my trade ins. The sales manager and the finance department spent plenty of time going over every detail of the transaction with me. I would recommend this dealership to my family and friends.
