Wow! This dealership breaks the mold. We had such a great experience here that we came back for a second car! Alan was very helpful in finding us just exactly what we were looking for and all-around fantastic. The dealership worked hard to secure the best financing terms. Most of all they made the purchase a special day for us by helping us surprise Mom with a big red bow! We couldn't be more pleased.
Other dealers were not very friendly nor helpful in our visits. The buying process with Joey at Millington Ford was easy. We had to drive farther than 4 or 5 other ford dealerships but it was worth it. Super nice guy.
My wife and I went to Homer Skelton Ford in Millington just to look at a new truck. We did not really expect to buy without looking at other makes and models. Warning. DO NOT GO HERE. These guys completely took advantage of me and It cost me big time, at least $7000. I saw the clearance sales tags on all their truck so I figured I would get a good deal. They said they were selling me this truck at trade in value and could not take a penny off the tag sale. I bought a used truck. A Dodge 2500 Hemi. If it weren't for Mr. Wooten I wouldn't of bought my car the day I came in, I was just coming in to look and get an idea, but he got me a really good deal and bent over backwards to save me money. He was very friendly and his personality was fantastic. He did not put any pressure on me to buy the car which I like. He also was very honest when I asked if the rebates would still be as good in June. I would recommend Ron Wooten and Homer Skelton Ford Millington to anyone and everyone. I love my 2014 Ford Fushion!
This was my first visit & purchase at Homer Skelton Ford. I already had a vehicle in mind & had talked to Lindsey over the phone. She had recommended a salesman, but he was tied up with another customer. After 15 minutes, she brought another salesman, Brian Abston to help us so we could begin the search for a vehicle. I had such a great experience at Ford Millington! Everyone was so nice and effiecient! They stayed late for me and did not rush me at all! They made sure to follow up with me to make sure everything need I had was met! Awesome dealership! I live in East Memphis and drove all the way to Millington twice because I knew I would be working with honest people.
Purchased a 2014 Ford Flex SEL. Customer service was great. Ron Wooten went out of his way to get the color car we wanted.we will definitely purchase from him again.
