MY EXPERIENCE my experience at HOMER SKELTON ford of Millington was the greatest I was looking on there website for a f150 super crew that's when I met heather Williams internet manager she was really friendly and helpful I spoke with heather and told her what I was looking for and she took good care of me and found what I was looking for after that she turn it over to her sales manager Jamie Christy he also took good care of me he help and done a great job on getting me finance and help getting me the payment I was looking ... read more

Excellent Service I called and spoke with Heather Williams about what I was looking for. She was very helpful and professional. When I arrived on my lunch break, salesman Brian Abston was already waiting outside for me. Heather had already spoke with Brian and told him what I was looking for. The staff was very professional and friendly. They really worked with me to help me drive home in my dream truck!

Service Prices I purchased my Ford F-250 from here. Later found out I paid $2000 too much, but that was my fault for not doing my homework. I love the vehicle. I always want to keep my Ford original with parts and service. But having compared your prices and service with other quality, SAE Techs, you are out of line, in my opinion. I came in a few days ago because my trailor light plug was not working properly. You wanted $118.00 just to look at it. They told me it could possibly run $355.00 to correct the problem. BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE! I came to Homer Skelton in Millington looking for a used Ford Edge but there was a very pretty GMC Terrain that caught my eye as well. I test drove both vehicles and after lots of thinking I chose to GMC Terrain. Alan was very helpful in helping me come to my decision. Of course at a Ford dealership they are going to push Ford vehicles, as with any brand dealership. However, Alan ran through every detail with me on both vehicles. Great place to buy! I typically do not like the car buying experience due to the fact that you have all this negotiating that can go on for hours/days. This dealership made it very simple and easy. Allen McGee was my sales representative and he did a great job. I would recommend buying a car from here to anyone!

Great Sales Experience I highly recommend Homer Skelton Ford for their outstanding customer service and attention to detail. They absolutely will do what ever it takes to get a deal done and to make sure you are happy with your purchase. I will definitely buy from them again in the future.

New Ford Explorer My husband and I searched vehicles for a month, trying to decide on the right one to replace our Denali. We didn't want to spend tons of money, but we needed something with plenty of room that would haul 4-wheelers. We ended up at Homer Skelton Ford Millington, and I am so glad we did. Mr. West was friendly and the finance department was thorough as well as friendly. Hopefully I don't need another new vehicle in the very near future, but when I do, I will be back at Homer Skelton Ford the FIRST time.

Good until the end. Heather, Lindsey, Jamie, and Mike were all friendly, and helpful. I communicated with Heather and Lindsey fore several months on the web and they were very helpful. I talked to Jamie on the phone and he was honest and friendly. Jamie turned me over to Mike and he also did a great job. Then I had to see Curt in F and I. Curt presented the information on the extended warranty. When I declined any coverage he was insulting.
