Quality workmanship. Excellent quality windows and exterior door. Outstanding exterior woodworking to repair weather damage. I dropped one star due to lack of follow up when I requested for additional new work to be bid on for future schedule. Work completed spring 2016.

Came across this company, after talking with one of the reps, who informed me they'd be in the neighborhood. Originally interested in Windows, I couldn't their prices, even though I was offered financing options. Ended up purchasing new sliding patio door instead. Customer service was excellent and the contractor doing the work was at my house early and finished in a timely manner. He asked my permission before removing the old door, and I couldn't have asked for better professionalism. Would definitely recommend this compan... read more

There are three rules for home remodeling. The first is you want o have your house in the same shape or better after the team leaves. HCR completed their second project for us. They replaced the back wall of our house (siding got damaged in the severe weather in May). The second project was them replacing all the windows of our house. 1. HCR completed a needed window upgrade for us. The sales visit, window measurement visit and installation were well done, as advertised and on time. As with most projects, there was an issue with one window and it was followed up until things were made right, although it took two visits. I think we got a high quality product at a fair price.
I just recently had had 8 windows and a new roof installed. Everyone that me and my family came in contact with was not only very polite & professional but you really get the feeling that they care. The job was changed once because of weather but they immediately called beforehand and found a new time that was convenient for me and my family. I was thoroughly impressed from start to finish. I strongly recommend them to anyone looking for major home improvements.
