My experience with Homefix Custom Remodeling has been stellar. There were some hiccups at the beginning with my quote - but Ryan Hardy worked exceptionally hard to make sure that HCR lived up to their reputation! I can only work on small jobs at a time in my house, so the fact they were willing to take on my small project of a sliding glass door and small below grade window was a relief. They gave me the best quote of many quotes that I had gotten on the project and their product has a great warranty.
I was very surprised by the individual attention I received from the Homefix representatives that I dealt with. They were caring and understanding, treating me with the care and respect of friend rather than just another potential buyer. I understand that a lifetime fully transferable warranty with full coverage (accidental, glass, labor, and all parts is included in this contract. I wish we can have a good business relationship with Homefix custom re-modeling (HCR) further in the future years.
A very concise, timely and smooth window transition. The workers arrived on-time as expected and did a great job.
Crew did a great job! Installation looks good. Only missed item was the Georgian Brass Door Handle hardware to be installed later.
