The work hasn't started as of yet but the reps are very respectable and easy to take to. They guided me through the entire process.
Installation was completed as described in a timely, professional manner. All interactions were professional, crew was on time, knowledgeable, and efficient. Professional installation of quality roofing materials made this job a great experience.
I had Homefix install new guttering and windows in my 35 year old home. Everyone from sales staff, area managers, and installation teams were extremely professional. The install teams were in and out very quickly and, other than the obvious improvements to my home you would never know they had been here. Fast response. Professional installation. Very high quality work. Definite contenders as I go through the rest of my home renovations.
The installers and plumber were prompt and did a great job. I did have trouble reaching someone to handle small problems
We had HCR come and install 26 window replacements to our home. My husband and I were very impressed with the professionalism, efficacy,and price!! We have referred them to all our neighbors!!
I am so grateful to this company. After the last wing storm the ridge vent on my roof blew off, of course another rain/snow storm was coming when I noticed it. They send someone right over in the pouring rain to put a patch on it til the weather gets better to fix it. The tech was so kind and went up on the roof and told me honestly it was an easy fix. I can't say enough about this company. I highly recommend them.

I had HCR replace 17 windows. Very happy with the end product. I live in a windy area with stunning view. They replaced my windows but I had some wind leaking through in some of the windows on extremely windy winter days. I called customer service and they sent out a supervisor who had a desire to make me happy. The solution was to replace 11 of the windows with casement vs. sash. That was not an inexpensive solution. Solved the problem and I couldn't be happier. Unbelievably good customer service. Highly recommend HCR.
