I hired Homefix to replace my 25-year old windows. The install crew showed up on time and worked hard all day removing the old windows and putting in the new ones. I didn't realize they would remove the shutters to install the windows so asked if they would put new ones up if I ran out to Lowe's to get then. That was no problem. The new windows are awesome!!! Overall, quite good. It started with the measurements of the kitchen counters. Alot of attention was paid to detail which translated into a beautiful endproduct. There was some miscommunication regarding the installation of the new dishwasher, Our sales rep, Chris Dobbin, was very responsive to our concerns. Overall, beautiful work, great selection of products .
Let me start by saying when we first made an appointment with Deborah Patterson of Homefix Custom Remodeling to discuss a new roof it was going to be just that a discussion. Ms. Patterson was so informative about the product and services that we felt no need to look further and made the decision that evening to hire HCR. Work was completed In one day and it looks great and you can't beat the warranty that is transferable in the event we sell our home. You may get it slightly cheaper but you will never get a better warranty!
These guys did a great job of replacing my two sliding glass doors. They took out the old, disposed of them, and installed new ones. The crew was extremely professional and thorough. They left the area cleaner than when they arrived. I would definitely hire them again.

I have never been so impressed by ANY COMPANY like I am with HCR. They were so polite and helpful. When I contacted them for all new windows, there was NO PRESSURE like other company's put you through. The workmanship is fantastic, quick, and I quite sure my house was cleaner when they completed the work, that when they arrived. The fact is there is no room for improvement. P-E-R-F-E-C-T experience and price.
Very professional. I loved the window presentation and I am looking forward to the installation process now that I understand more about the new window technology!
