It makes me furious for this company to use a convicted thief who is making money again off his theft to promote their business.
I sold my house (legitimately) and never received ANY alert or notification from them throughout the sale process or even after the warranty deed was signed, filed and recorded. When I called to complain after the sale was completed they lied and said they had sent a notification. When I requested a copy of that notification they would not produce it. Blatant lies in their TV ad viewed on Fox Network( channel 205 for me as Za Dis Network customer, roughly 01:58, Tuesday, June, 14, 2022.The actor actually stated that someone stealing your home can bring paperwork to the court, and even though it is apparently a fraudulent document, that the court has no recourse and must "give" your home to the fraudulent paper presenter. My cell phone got lit up over the weekend when my yearly subscription did not go through. The reason for this was we had fraud on a particular checking account and received a new debit card. I received no notification via mail, e-mail or by phone that this payment was even coming due. So i called on 1/10/22 and talked with a rep who read me back a different email than the one i used with them a year ago. At no time did he bother to verify any of my information.
