Please do your research before selecting someone to care for your loved one!! When Home Instead comes to your home to do an assessment they will tell you everything they think you want to hear to get you to sign the contract and start collecting your money! Every shift they would send a new person which makes it very difficult because I would have to take the time to go over everything, show them where things were, etc. And that is time I was paying for. My 90 year old Dad fell and fractured his knee cap and his mobility was impacted due to having to wear a knee immobilizer. Home Instead has been staying with him two days a week so we can get out and go to church. The caregivers are kind, attentive and knowledgeable in elder care. Would highly recommend.
I've worked with this company for a few months now and boy have I loved every minute of it! The staff make you feel very welcomed and appreciated, if you ever have something that needs fixed due to an issue that comes up they are very understanding and will work with you! so to the Admin staff thank you so much(Christie, Andrea,Brittani,and Constance!)
