This review is for my aide Asia. She does such an incredible job of taking care of my dad and goes above and beyond with everything. She takes care of his needs and makes sure he’s doing his exercises. She is so respectful of his space and our home by always leaving it the way I left it or better. She has been a blessing in helping with taking a lot of my everyday stress away. My dad and us as well think the world of her.

Used this company when my mom was terminally ill. I spoke with the coordinator over the phone and explained that I would be back in my hometown the day of the consultation, but that it was imperative that I was dialed into the call because my father has experienced cognitive decline and so I would be helping him understand everything they said. I highly recommend Home Instead in Lima, Ohio (All God's Graces, Inc.). They provided supplemental care for my brother-in-law in a retirement home in Bluffton, Ohio. He was a client who, shall we say, always knew what he wanted (during his career he had managed one of the largest departments of the federal government), and he always had the highest regard for the care provided by the management and staff of Home Instead.

They very quickly were able to schedule workers to meet our needs. Then when they did the schedule we consistently had the same 4 people. That was so reassuring to our whole family. They were great with communication with us as well. We will definitely call them again if we have a need and will be recommending them to others!
