I booked a consultation, and no one showed up. Turns out I was talking to an AI robot. The company reached out, apologized, and we re-booked. I then ordered a new shower glass door, paid a 50% deposit, and booked an appointment for today 9 - 11 am. No one has shown up, AGAIN! No one is at the office to speak to. The communication with this company has been more than frustrating, and I have wasted 2 days of my life waiting on them to not show up.
The whole process with Home Glass was a breeze, from scheduling to the actual install they were very communicative, efficient and professional. We appreciate the fantastic install job by Esio and Henrique. We would definitely use them again or recommend them for any future glass door needs!
