High pressure sales, dont let them in your house! I was told it takes 90 minutes for an estimate. Two salesman came, I let them know Im just starting to get prices, not nearly ready to buy. I had to get my son from a friends house after 2 hours of listening to them. They sat in their car and waited for me to get back! High pressure! Awful experience. They were in my home for 4 hours!!! Stop calling me! The prices were too high and the finance company you use is a predatory lender. We have decided to use another provider. Yet, we are bombarded with daily calls since we decided not to use this company. We just want the calls to cease.

This company solicitated in my ******** neighborhood after a hail storm. There was significant damage to my home. I signed a contract mid June 2021 for roofing and siding replacement. I paid a $1200 down payment and have been chasing them down ever since. This is criminal and unacceptable. I will do everything in my power to get my money returned and this company cannot do this to anyone else.

Terrible painting. They bought very cheap paint and brush. The paints they used were both gloss and flat paints for the same color. The house has stripes of old and new paint as well as gloss and flat paint at several locations. The contract clearly says they would clean the surface before painting, but soon they gave up and painted over the previous dirt. The previous dirt is visible through the new paint. This was a disaster! College Works approached me in March 2019 to paint the interior of my house. The quote for the whole house, an 1845 sq. ft. house with 10 ft. ceilings was over $10,000. I decided to have half of the house interior painted. The quote was $5,000+. They assured me the project would take 3-4 days, there would be 3 people on site. We hired Flavio and his crew to paint the exterior of our house, shed and detached garage. They did a great job. He was very accomodaring and handled all of our requests professionally. The end result looks clean and well done. I would definitely recommend using College Works to other home owners.

We hired Josh with College Works Painting to paint a couple of the interior rooms of our house as well as the upstairs hallway. We are happy with the final result. It took a little longer than expected, but Josh and his workers made sure to complete the job in a reasonable amount of time and make sure that we were updated throughout the whole process. There were a few drips on the ground, but after calling about it, Josh came back and cleaned them up.
