After a severe storm caused a ceiling to collapse in the rear of my house, I contacted several companies for estimates. Home Genius was the first to respond and sent out 2 salesmen to assess our needs. They had a drone take pictures of the roof area. I had emphasized to them that I just wanted to fix the problem that caused the water to leak into my house. I didn't know if the problem was the gutters or the roof. When we had an issue, nothing was sugar coated and he was very forthcoming about any issues. We were updated the entire time when the guys were working on our house.
