The sales rep ****** was very personable, she made me feel at ease with my decisions. I was notified who my project manager is, **** was diligent, attentive , and responsive with my needs, the crew identified that the wrong size ******* was delivered, **** was able to replace what I needed, the attention to detail was amazing and unheard of in this time. Theyve couldve easily used the wrong plywood, and I wouldnt been able to tell the difference. Thank you Home genius exteriors for my new Roof!

I Entered into a preliminary contract with the company on 10.21.23 then gave the sales rep ******* a $336 cash deposit solidifying my intent to proceed with the installation of gutter guards. However, after reviewing the very normal conditions that render the "40 year warranty" null and void, I decided not to move forward with the process.
